The Charitable Hospital Project is undertaken to provide treatment and services to the poor and neglected people in the rural areas, the helpless people in our society are living with unemployment, hunger and malnutrition and are suffering from various complex diseases, especially in the rural areas where medical facilities are few and far between, many people suffer every year without treatment. Pan, considering all these realities our Manab Tirtha Seva Ashram has undertaken this initiative. The project named Jagadish Chandra Mandal Hospital, running this project since 2001, has taken a noble vision to provide primary health care to the poor and helpless children of the local community, besides the facilities that the poor patients get from the charity hospital free of cost are medicines, . Apart from this, counseling on various diseases, provision of wheelchairs to the physically challenged and vaccination against jaundice are also done. So far 50000 poor patients have been provided free of cost medical care including medicines, also year round medicines are provided to poor patients through financial assistance under the Distressed Family Health Seva Scheme, Manab Tirtha Seva Ashram has always extended a helping hand to the helpless people on the footpaths. . Donate clothes and provide winter clothes. This ashram was born with the hope of doing something for the helpless people, this ashram’s journey has started with that promise, we dream bigger than the sky, deeper than the sea because we know that dream will not be fully realized but to some extent. Only then are we worth it, so we travel with the dream in small steps so that even if we stumble we can get up very quickly.
Last Eid and upcoming New Year organized a program titled “Humanitarian Attention”. We distributed new clothes, lungis, clothes, etc. to the helpless poor backward people. Manab Tirth Seva Ashram is again vowing to be deprived in this cruel winter. No helpless people, their basic needs “to be cold clothes”. Even if no one stands by us in this initiative, we will move ahead fearlessly. If we can put a smile on the faces of at least 10 people, then that will be our success. If we all come forward and help a little bit then we can stand by these helpless backward people. These poor people don’t even have two meals a day, they spend the night on the pavements, holding their babies in their chests, old people fight with cruel nature. In fact, they are the only ones responsible for all this? Can’t you think of them to come forward? Yes we can too if we try to awaken the sleeping humanity within us. To distribute blankets to all these poor people with the combined help of all, come and stand by our helpless brothers and sisters. That’s why we need some donations like cash, winter clothes, blankets, etc. not much.
